Legal Office Administrator

  • Location: Flackwell Heath, South Buckinghamshire

  • Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

  • Job Type: Full-time, permanent (office-based)

Are you an organised, proactive professional looking for a new role within the legal sector? If you take pride in administrative excellence and have a proven track record of handling multiple tasks at once, our Legal Office Administrator vacancy may be the one for you.

Please note: This position is for our Flackwell Heath office, a short commute from Marlow and High Wycombe. Given the varied nature of responsibilities (providing agile, responsive support to different departments), the successful candidate will be 100% office-based.

Key Responsibilities

As a Legal Office Administrator, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations across our Private Client, Family, and Conveyancing departments. This includes:

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries in line with Blacklaw Legal’s professionalism and efficiency standards.

  • Opening and closing client files, following company procedures and best practices.

  • Assisting with ID checks and onboarding new clients.

  • Close attention to detail, able to pick up on inaccuracies others often miss.

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems (or similar software).

  • Eager to thrive in a workplace that values both autonomy and teamwork.

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English.

Blacklaw Legal believes in the potential of people, as well as their skills and experience. This means that while a background in conveyancing, family law and/or private client would be advantageous, it is not essential.
